Panda Remit employees will never ask users to operate in private offline, such as:
1. Transfer to a personal account
2. Pay deposit
3. Transfer to a personal account as a refund
4. Offer information or certificate in private
If any "Panda Remit employee" talks about transfer or refund with you in private, be vigilant!

If someone communicates with you via email, check that email address. We won't ask users to offer sensitive information or make tranfers in email.
